Singapore Chili Crab
~ Ideal to be cook with crab or other seafood as well
~ Nett weight: 200gm/per~ Pork Free
Preparation : 600g – 700g Crab, 1 pack cook´s Idea Singapore Chilli Crab Paste, 500ml water, 1 egg, 1 tbsp corn starch (mix with 1 tsbp of water)
Cooking Step:
1. Clean teh crab, remove the shell and cut into quarters. Crack shell slightly and leave aside.
2. Pour cook´s idea Singapore Chilli Crab paste in a pan, stir fry and add the crab. Add water, mix well.
3. Add corn starch to thicken gravy. The off fire and add beaten egg to gravy.
